The DELTA laminating machine features a compact design, suitable for lamination in both digital printing and offset printing, with a maximum format of B2.
Automatic paper feeding via vacuum suction cups, paper guides for tightening thin sheets before lamination, a sensor that detects misaligned sheets to prevent foil adhesion on the rollers, and foil unwinding with side adjustment and a mechanical brake.
Laminating roller heated in three zones for perfectly controlled temperature; overlap can be electronically adjusted even during the lamination process. Wide parameter control via a touchscreen display and pneumatically adjustable roller pressure on both sides.
Adjustable tension and alignment of laminated sheets allow for easy separation—tearing using rollers with different speeds. A perforator is positioned behind the pull rollers.
Foil holder with pneumatic expansion blades and fine adjustment for easier foil centering.
START/STOP and PAUSE function—possibility to stop the lamination process between sheets and resume it without wasting sheets.
